AEC Software products are sold directly to end users only. All purchases are subject to the return and refund policies outlined below.

Non-Returnable Products

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Downloaded software
  • Opened software
  • Upgrades
  • Volume licenses
  • Bundled products
  • Discounted or promotional items
  • International orders outside the US and Canada
  • Services (training, consulting, shipping)

Return and Refund Policy

For eligible products, AEC Software offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, you must contact AEC Software at 800-450-1985 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Call AEC Software at 800-450-1985 to request an RMA number.
  2. Ship the product to:

  3. Allow 2-4 weeks for processing after the returned product has been received.

Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact AEC Software at 800-450-1985 for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
